Private access road to the property which ensures free drive way till the building without any hawkers or any unauthorised parking.

The location has access to ring road coming in near future but the distance from the junction will ensure less vehicles moving around.

Facilities as shown at time of purchase have been standard as others but the fact that drive way for vehicle moving in and out of the building is no where close to the amenities area is something to be considered as basic safety guideline.
